Moscow Social Security Department, Vladimir Petrosyan told reporters "This year we plan to provide about 400 alone people in the center of Moscow , and physically challenged people with alarming wristbands by the end of 2012"
The Minister recalled that the project is realised by the Social Security Department in conjunction with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. He explained that strap allows a person to send a SOS call to Social Security Organizations, ambulance service, emergency and fire in case of emergency.
"The first start - 100 wristbands will delivered in about 10 days," - Vladimir Petrosian added.
Vladimir Petrosian said he hopes that in the future, anyone will be able to buy such as wristbands for their friends and relatives. At the moment devices are offered free for physically challenged people
